Welcome to the guide to survive on the TV Station map in Kamona. In today’s guide, we will explore the TV Station map from Arena Breakout Infinite in detail – from spawn points and extraction strategies to loot locations and tactical recommendations. Let’s dive in!
Overview
The Kamona TV Station was once a pivotal command center during the North-South Conflict. After a truce was reached, it was abandoned, and the area was incorporated into the Dark Zone. Rumors suggest that a faction known as Sumek has occupied the station.
Map Characteristics:
- Size: Medium;
- Type: Indoor, close-quarters combat;
- Floors: Two;
- Main Spawn Areas (1F):
- Warehouse;
- Photography;
- Office;
- Logistics.
There are three extraction points:
- Main Entrance – Located at the southern end of the Lobby on the first floor. Its switch is near the front desk, and it has no special limitations. The area provides ample cover, making it relatively safer, though you should be wary of grenade attacks.
- Elevator – Located on the second floor. Once activated, players need to wait for the elevator. The doors close five seconds before extraction, so timing is crucial. This point is vulnerable to flanking from the east and west sides.
- Loading Dock – Found near the Unloading Bay on the west side of the first floor. Its activation switch is located on the ventilation stairs on the north side of the map. Once activated, the point remains open for the entire raid. However, due to the switch’s distance from the extraction point, ambushes are common.
Important Locations
Safe Locations
There are five unlocked safes, all of which require a 20-second countdown before they can be opened. They are located at:
- Photography Area (1F) – Under a table near the Central Control switch.
- Central Control Area (1F) – Two safes can be found under tables.
- General Office (2F) – Under a desk.
- Director’s Office (2F) – Under a large desk.
Additionally, recent updates added encrypted safes in:
- Logistics Area (1F)
- Forbidden Zone Corridor (2F)
High-Value Loot Sites
- Central Control Area: This hotspot offers two unlocked safes, a locked safe, document boxes, and weapon cases. However, it’s heavily contested and filled with bots. Activating the switch in the middle of the area locks down entrances after 30 seconds, but spawns additional bots.
- Director’s Office (2F): A prime loot location with an encrypted safe, locked safe, and numerous supplies. Since it has only one entrance, it’s easier to defend but difficult to escape if trapped.
- General Office (2F): Contains an encrypted safe, a locked safe, and various containers. Its multiple exits make it ideal for quick escapes and gathering intel.
Tactical Recommendations
Your strategy largely depends on your spawn point:
1. Warehouse Area Spawn
- Option 1: Head to the second floor and control the Live Action and Editing Room. Be cautious of players from the ventilation stairs.
- Option 2: Use the Warehouse staircase to reach the second floor, loot the Temporary Treatment and General Office areas, and be prepared for crossfire.
- Option 3: Move towards the Logistics Area via the Unloading Bay to engage players. This area’s exposed flanks make it ideal for ambushes.
2. Office Area Spawn
- Loot nearby rooms such as the Archive Room and Production Department. If near stairs, rush to the Director’s Office for safes and high-value items.
3. Lobby Spawn
- Since loot is scarce, head towards either the Office Area or Logistics Area. Set up ambushes and gather supplies from defeated players.
4. Photography Area Spawn
- Quickly loot the supplies near your spawn and move to nearby areas like the Warehouse or Central Control. Due to the area’s exposure to the second floor, avoid lingering too long.
5. Ventilation Stairs Spawn
- While supplies are minimal, this spawn grants quick access to the White Wolf Area on the second floor, offering a tactical advantage.
Final Tips
- Bots in the TV Station are well-equipped. Even looting bots can provide valuable gear and ammo, making this a viable strategy for players on a budget.
- Always stay alert and listen for sound cues to avoid ambushes.
