Hecate is a high-risk boss encounter introduced in Season 2 “Crimson Edge” of Arena Breakout: Infinite. Competitor Ajax as the main boss of the Farm. With an emphasis on speed, misdirection, and advanced AI tactics, Hecate offers one of the most unpredictable and thrilling PvEvP boss fights in the game.
Hecate is the first and only female boss in Arena Breakout: Infinite, instantly recognizable by her long dark hair, tactical sunglasses, and sleek black outfit. Her visual design leans into her identity as a covert operative – she looks more like a PMC than a traditional Southern Army warlord. Her elite guards match her aesthetic, wearing dark gear and balaclavas, setting them apart visually and behaviorally from other enemy factions on the Farm map.

Loadout & Arsenal
Hecate’s armor setup varies slightly depending on the event difficulty. She most commonly wears:
- T4 SEK Composite Armor (same used by Doss)
- Or the T4 SEK Fortress Armor
- No helmet, making her slightly more vulnerable to headshots
Her guards generally wear:
- T3 H-Tac SWAT Body Armor (no helmets)
- In Lockdown/Forbidden events, T4 TM2 Armored Chest Rigs may appear
Weapons Used by Hecate:
- SIG MPX – fast firing, accurate SMG
- MCX – higher damage assault rifle variant
- Modified MP5 – featuring one 50-round drum of T3 AP 6.3 and a 30-round mag of T4 7N31 armor-piercing rounds
Her weapon behavior changes based on proximity and terrain. Indoors, she prefers SMGs to clear tight corners. In orchards or open fields, she’s more likely to fall back and suppress with MCX bursts.
Spawn Locations & Raids
As of the latest event rotation, Hecate appears during special Farm-focused limited-time events, usually within Lockdown or Forbidden Zone raid types. While she originally replaced Ajax as the Farm’s primary boss, she no longer has a fixed spawn location and may be tied to dynamically triggered boss phases or secondary objectives.
Combat Behavior and AI
Hecate’s combat style blends traditional assault with elite tactical misdirection. Like Ajax before her, she frequently uses:
- Decoy grenades to bait and confuse
- Smoke grenades to reposition or cover her retreat
Her advanced AI enables quick flanking maneuvers and aggressive re-engagement. She rarely stays in one position and may disengage only to ambush from another angle, especially when supported by her guards.
She has also been observed popping combat stimulants, giving her sudden bursts of speed and making her harder to track.
Boss Token: The Immaculate Carabiner
Defeating Hecate rewards the Immaculate Carabiner, a unique boss token symbolizing her agile, mountaineer-like approach to combat. It’s one of the rarest boss tokens currently in rotation.
How to Beat Hecate – Strategy Tips
- Bring optics – Hecate’s smoke usage can limit visibility, so IR or thermal sights are valuable
- Use grenades to flush her out – especially flashbangs when her guards are nearby
- Aim for the head – neither she nor her guards wear helmets
- Stick together – Hecate is strongest when she isolates and flanks solo players
If you’re low on gear or running solo, avoid direct engagements unless you have high-tier SMGs or fast-firing ARs with T4+ ammo.
Is Hecate Worth Farming?
Absolutely – if you can find her. Her armor pieces, unique ammo, and the Immaculate Carabiner token are extremely valuable. Due to her status as an event-only boss, loot from her raids can skyrocket in black market value.
However, she’s not always available, so be sure to check event notices and seasonal patch updates to confirm her spawn conditions.
