In this exciting update, the Armory has undergone significant changes, with new strategic elements that promise more intense action and loot opportunities. Here’s everything you need to know to master this challenging map and dominate your opponents.
New Features and Layout
The Armory now spans the area surrounding the Bunker, including a canal that divides the map into north and south. Players no longer spawn inside the Bunker; instead, spawn points are scattered around the perimeter, offering new strategies right from the start.
Bunker Doors and Loot
To access the Bunker and its coveted loot, players must activate one of three door switches:
- Tank Room (west): 60-second countdown;
- Central Door: 100-second countdown;
- Security Room (east): 100-second countdown.
Activate these switches and survive the countdown to secure the loot.
Extraction Points
Extraction points have been modified. The traditional extraction points inside the Bunker are gone, but new conditional extractions are available:
- Canal Extraction: 3-minute countdown after activating the switch inside the Control Room.
- Radar Station and Mine: Shared switch near the Bunker’s Central Door, with varying countdown times.
Recommended Tactics
- Looting Outside the Bunker: Players can loot supplies outside the Bunker and ambush others. But to fully extract, activating the Bunker’s switch is essential.
- Rushing the Bunker: Alternatively, head straight for the Bunker, loot as much as you can, and activate the switch to extract. Beware of long wait times and potential ambushes.
Key Locations
- Repair Facility and Gas Station in the north offer valuable loot, including strong boxes and encrypted safes.
- Sniper Spots: High-ground areas like the Staging Area and Radar Station provide excellent vantage points for snipers watching Bunker entrances.
