Morefun runs the game's community on Discord, and links the invites from its Steam announcements — which is the only reason to trust the ones below. Third-party "official" servers are a recurring phishing route (fake giveaways, fake Bonds codes), so join from here or from the Steam news page, not from a search result.

The Mentor Program
Launched 22 June 2026, just before Season 6. Experienced players volunteer to help newer ones with, in Morefun's list: basic mechanics, map knowledge and extraction routes, gear and loadout advice, tactical tips and squad play, and general questions.
Getting help: join the community server, create a ticket in `#REQUEST-MENTORING`, and say what you need, your language, your region and when you are around. Mentors answer when they are free — it is not a live queue. It is for gameplay guidance only; account and technical problems go to customer service.
Becoming a mentor: there is an application form linked from the announcement (a Google Form) and a separate server invite for applicants. Active mentors get an official community role, priority access to selected activities and, in Morefun's words, "potential rewards such as Bonds, name cards, or exclusive titles."
Finding a squad
The Discord LFG channels are the obvious route. In-game, the friend system has had recommendation tags since Season 4 — the system updates your tags weekly from how you play — and the Warlord Tournament and Supplies Drops modes are the easiest places to squad with strangers because nobody is risking a kit.
