Arena Breakout: Infinite will run on a mid-range PC from 2017 and looks its best on something from 2020 or later. These are the official figures from the Steam store page, checked on 10 September 2026 — not a reviewer's guess.

"Recommended" here means a steady frame rate at 1080p on the game's default settings. It is not a 1440p/144 Hz promise. If you are chasing frames for PvP, the graphics settings guide is where the real gains are — visibility settings matter more than raw FPS in an extraction shooter, and it is easy to trade one for the other.
What the numbers mean in practice
The GPU floor is low, the RAM floor is not. A GTX 960 is a decade old; 12 GB of RAM is the more common blocker on older machines. The game streams whole maps and runs the ACE anti-cheat alongside, and 8 GB systems hitch when both are working. Upgrade RAM before the graphics card if you have to choose.
Storage is 70 GB, plus updates. Season patches are large — Morefun estimated the Season 6 download at 25 GB — and the launcher wants free space to unpack them. Keep 100 GB clear on the drive you install to, and make that drive an SSD; the difference on Northridge, the biggest map, is obvious.
DirectX 12 only. There is no DX11 fallback, which rules out some older integrated graphics even if the CPU is fine.
Platforms and things that are not supported
Windows is the only platform. macOS and Linux are marked unsupported on Steam, Steam Deck is unsupported because of the anti-cheat, and there is no console version. Controllers are not supported either.
Getting it
The game is free. It is on Steam (since 15 September 2025), the Epic Games Store and Morefun's own launcher; the download guide covers which one to pick and how the shared account works. Once you are in, the beginner guides are the next stop.
