Reading the conditions

Always open exits work every raid with no requirement; they are also where other players expect you to go. Conditional exits open only when their condition is true — a time window, a backpack or gold-case rule, a switch elsewhere on the map, dog tags, a vehicle call — and are usually quieter; how extraction works explains each kind.
