Encrypted File

An encrypted file containing unknown intel. It has a built-in special locator, which will reveal your current position for a period of time after being picked up. If the encrypted file is discarded for an extended period, the locator will emit high-frequency waves, continuously revealing its position and resetting its pick-up status. It can be decrypted at the Intel Broker for a reward upon successful extraction.
