The global EA is about to launch, and to provide you with the best gaming experience, we have prepared some frequently asked questions and answers you may encounter. Please ensure that you read the following FAQ items before the battle begins, so you are fully prepared.

The redemption page for these three rewards will be available on the official website after the launch on August 13. Eligible players can redeem rewards after character creation.

What is the official launch time for “Arena Breakout: Infinite”? The Early Access server will officially start at 2:00 a.m. (UTC+0) on August 13, 2024.

Is there a pre-download for the game? The pre-download will be available on the official website at 2:00 a.m. (UTC+0) on August 12, 2024. You can visit the homepage to download the launcher and install the game client in advance, or click【Download Now】to get the game launcher directly.

Will the Early Access have limited access or data wipes? This Early Access version is open with no limits and no data wipes; all players can participate after registering an account on the official website.

Are there any new language supports? The Early Access version currently supports six languages: English, Russian, German, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese.

I entered the wrong region when registering my game account. How can I correct it? Please enter the game and click on [Settings – Contact Customer Service] to request assistance in changing your region. View the official website, and fill out the form.

Are regional servers available this time? ABI has set up dedicated servers in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and other regions. They also adjust servers based on user feedback from each region after the launch to ensure a smooth experience for more players.

If this bug is encountered, it will entirely prevent you from playing.

FIX:

open the launcher

select game settings

hover mouse on manage then click on “Open the installation directory”

now follow this file path

ArenaBreakout\Arena Breakout Infinite\ABInfinite\Binaries\Win64\AntiCheatExpert\SGuard\x64

launch application named “SGuard64.exe”

If you get an error still after doing this launch the applications ACE-Tray.exe in the previous folder named “AntiCheatExpert”

Can Arena Breakout Infinite be Played on Mac? Arena Breakout Infinite currently only supports the Windows platform.

Is the data transferable between the Arena Breakout: Infinite PC game and the Arena Breakout mobile? The PC version and the mobile game are two separate products, designed and polished for different experiences. Developers are committed to leveraging the stronger performance of the PC platform to bring players a more refined visual, more immersive audiovisual, and smoother PC game experience.

Can I play ABI on Steam? The Early Access is only available for free download on the official global website. It is not available for download on STEAM at this time. From Beta test learnings, developers felt the best way to streamline and structure early access development was through an official website. Developers will try their best to open Steam download once it’s ready.

How to get log files for a bug report? Please open a Windows Explorer window, and in the address bar, put the below location:

%localappdata%\ABInfinite\Saved\Logs

This will take you to a folder with a bunch of files all ending in .log

one will be called “ABInfinite.log” and the rest “ABInfinite-backup-(DATE).log”

Please select all the logs here, right-click, and send them to, the compressed folder.

You will end up with a .zip file, this zip file can then be sent to support.

Some of my gear disappeared when I extracted? The game has a feature where gear from squad mates is automatically returned to them when you extract (Via mail system). Any items you looted contained within those items will be sent to your mailbox.

This also means that if you drop some of the gear you started the raid with to a friend, when they finish the raid, if they still have that gear on them, it will be returned to you via the mail system.

How to get my Game ID (Open ID)? Open the game launcher – Click the account center – Copy the open ID.

Why do ABI set hardware lock? Due to the current Early Access version’s insufficient compatibility with different device configurations, we have imposed higher hardware restrictions to prevent issues such as low frame rates and crashes that could negatively impact the gaming experience.

We have received and are very attentive to player feedback regarding the hardware lock. We will expedite performance optimizations and gradually relax configuration restrictions. This process may take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience.

What are the future plans for the ABI maps? In the 2024 Full Release version, we’ve prepared the following new content:

New Map: TV Station, Expanded Armory

New Gameplay: Extreme Weather

How is the weapon diversity in ABI? Weapon balance is a dynamic equilibrium. The ABI team continuously monitors various aspects such as weapon usage, effectiveness, and pricing. If any anomalies are detected, we will make the necessary adjustments.

In the backend, we track the usage rates of different firearms. Currently, the usage rate of the FAL is within a very reasonable range and does not overshadow other weapons. Players continue to maintain diversity in their weapon choices.
