Long time no see, operator. A batch of equipment was sent out a few days ago, and it will arrive at the Valley Port soon. You know the Valley pretty well. Go scout a few places that would work for my people to retrieve the equipment later. This kind of mission should be a piece of cake for you. No problem, right?

Simply make your way to the three locations and the quest is complete. A successful extraction is not required.
