Just as I was afraid of, I’ve received confirmation the target is hiding near the Armory, for reasons unknown. The colonel is aware as well. He’s increased the number of daily patrols and sent them out over a larger area, but they haven’t found a trace of the target so far. From my experience with him in the past, I’d put money on him being in the Underground Mine. Plenty of places for someone to hide in all the snaking tunnels down there.
