You’re familiar with Northridge and on good terms with Vinson, so I’m sure you’re aware of the deal the Guard Corps has reached with Northridge. It was going to be great for everyone, but some low-down militants just had to set their sights on our goods. Some people just don’t value their own lives. Head down to Northridge and teach them a lesson. Maybe in their next lives they’ll have more self-respect.
